Me Miriam Bourbeau practices in youth protection law, a field in which she distinguishes herself through her rigor, exemplary preparation, and deep commitment to the individuals she represents. Originally from Quebec City, Miriam has pleaded before several courts, including the Court of Québec and the Montréal Municipal Court. Before joining Devichy, she worked in family law within a private firm, allowing her to develop a nuanced understanding of family dynamics and the emotional realities that often accompany judicial proceedings. Her academic journey has been marked by several distinctions, including her place on UQAM’s Honour Roll and a legal writing award.
