Margherita M. Morsella is a lawyer, author and well-known activist.
She attended a number of universities around the world (Canada, France and Italy), in addition to the education she received in a negotiation program at Harvard University’s Faculty of Law. Ms. Morsella graduated with a specialized joint B.A. in History and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws.
As a member of the Quebec Bar since 1987, Ms. Morsella practises family law and has fought for more than 30 years to get her clients what they are entitled to.
For her unfailing commitment to support those in vulnerable situations, Ms. Morsella was selected for the 2020 Paris-Québec Award from Justice Pro Bono.
We are proud to have Ms. Morsella on our team, even more so because she has served as a mentor for the more junior lawyers in our firm.
