Pierre Robert has fought for nearly 40 years, both in and out of Court, to see his clients get what they deserve. That’s why we entrust him with the most complex litigation files, the toughest child custody cases and the most contentious divorces. Professionalism, intellectual rigour, and a fighting spirit are the qualities that best define him.
Mr. Robert is a certified family mediator. He has also been an instructor with the Barreau du Québec (bar of the Province of Quebec) for legal drafting and civil procedure courses.
Among his achievements, Mr. Robert ensured that a client he was representing obtained parental custody of three children—a case which even the Psychosocial Evaluation Service considered one of the most serious files ever pertaining to parental alienation. In another file, Pierre convinced the judge—at the end of a three-day divorce proceeding and facing a formidable opponent—to grant custody to the parent he was representing so that the child could attend school. Two psychosocial assessments were produced for that file.
