Pierre Robert has fought for nearly 40 years, in court or out of court, so that his clients get what they were entitled to. He has become the go-to person in the field of civil law and family law. That’s why we entrust him with our most complex litigation cases and our very contentious family law cases. Professionalism, intellectual rigor and fighting spirit are the qualities that best define him.
Mr Robert is an accredited mediator in family matters. He was also a teacher at the Barreau du Québec for legal drafting and civil procedure courses.
Among his numerous feats of arms, Mr Robert obtained custody of three children for one of the parents he represented, in a case that the Psychosocial Expertise Service itself considered to be one of the most serious in matters of parental alienation. In another case, Mr Robert convinced the judge – at the end of a three-day divorce trial against a formidable adversary – to entrust custody of the child to the parent he represented so that the child could attend school. Two psychosocial expertises were produced in the file.
