A member of the Quebec Bar since 2020, Mtre. Antoine Godin-Landry joined Devichy in 2023. Litigator by training, his practice now focuses on employment and civil law.
Mtre. Godin-Landry frequently advises and represents both organizations and individuals with respect to Quebec labour standards. He is available to assist clients – employers or employees! – navigate workplace crises, draft and ensure compliance of employment contracts and human resources policies, and negotiate severance packages following terminations of employment. He is also certified to conduct workplace investigations into allegations of psychological harassment.
Mtre. Godin-Landry is further known as a pragmatic and cost-efficient litigator. He represents a diversified clientele before the Quebec Courts and encourages participation in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation and arbitration. His litigation practice mainly revolves around civil liability (including defamation), contractual disputes, law of persons and family law.

Graduated from McGill University in both civil law (B.C.L.) and common law (J.D.) with honours, Mtre. Godin-Landry also has extensive experience in managing social and community organizations, including a legal clinic for homeless people and a company operating a dozen day camps. In addition to his law practice, he frequently participates in the recruitment and training of seasonal staff for summer camps across Québec, in partnership with the Québec Camp Association.
